Not sure what the Ruskies reaction should be?
(i) Don’t even let them in to their country or (ii) let them in and then arrest them the first time they ‘demonstrate’ in public?
(iii) Deport them when they demonstrate, as they can't be arrested since they have (either real or just effective) "diplomatic immunity".
