Here in S. Central PA we had several hundred people get sick this summer from raw milk that came from a well established dairy.

Green Acres Jersey Farm in Lebanon, PA had a positive test for Listeria in August, and there was a notice issued... but "several hundred people" didn't get sick... actually, I believe that nobody got sick.

The Pennsylvania Health Department stated that they were not aware of any illnesses related to these products.

That's not the dairy, down close to the Maryland border. People were sick in Maryland, Virginia and Pennsylvania. Newspapers in this area were giving running totals of the number sick. May have been spring instead of summer, but sometime in the last year.
