Dolphins have exhibited behavior that makes them at least seem a lot smarter than other animals, some beneficial to humans, some not and some pretty dark. The whole thing about using porpoises to practice killing so they can more effectively kill dolphin calves to bring females into heat is pretty amazing.

Pass the puffy on the left fin side.

Stupid junky dolphins. Now Vancouver is going to have to have a puffer fish exchange program so that flippin’ Flipper doesn’t get aids.

The mild facial numbness I had the one time I ate Fugu (puffer fish sashimi) was “interesting”. Maybe it’s the one option dolphins have for getting high.

How are they going to dispose of puffer fish spines properly? They got enough funding . . . ?

The dorky tribal tattoo depicted in the tattoo and the blowhole smoke makes it.

The Carribean Puffer fish, produces the tetratotoxin used un the movie “Law Abiding Citizen” when the good guy put the toxin on the gun handle and lulled the bad guy into a dazed state. It was said the toxin paralyzes, but leaves all sensory perception intact, so the bad guy could feel his leg being severed, as well as his testicles, eyelids, fingers, toes, arms, and other appendages. It was a great scene.
