All that matters is whether she lost her arm due to cause stated.

I agree. People get tasered all the time. Pro Wrestlers use arm bars and wrist locks, yet I haven't seen any of them get their arms amputated. John McCain went through years of abuse, and lost some function in his arms, but they weren't cut off.

Something in this story is missing.

I don’t care if she was eating human flesh! This woman should have got millions!

How many people have been the subject of arms bars, wrist locks, tight handcuffs, and had to have their arm amputated ?

When sheriff’s employees arrived, Ms. Needham said she was using the bathroom, but they broke down the bathroom door, according to the complaint. They shocked her with a Taser, applied arm bars and wrist locks, and put on handcuffs “that were too tight,” the complaint said.

I read that.

How many people who have been locked in handcuffs that were too tight had to have their arms amputated ?

I would say shitting or pissing. The same thing most people use the bathroom for.

Some people use the bathroom to shoot up. What condition were this woman's arms in that tight handcuffs caused a needed amputation ?

, are there still drive in liquor stores around these days?

As long as they don't have any of those concrete barrier poles in front of the store.
