Just grab the thing by the neck!Then twist until the beak passes the tail and faces the wing opposite the twist. Hang the beast up by its feet and either behead it or open the arteries and veins in the neck. When it has bled out, follow field dressing and defeathering procedures. Heat up the deep fryer.
