Girl Gets Stuck in Washing Machine While Playing Hide and Seek
A game of hide-and-seek ended with a 911 call Thursday, as a Utah girl got stuck in a washing machine she used as her hiding spot, KSTU reports.
The girl was found by her aunt, who was home at the time, and tried to pull the girl out with no success. After using butter, peanut butter, and ice, as lubricants yielded no results, the mother called 911.
Emergency crews were eventually able to relieve the panicked child from her predicament.

The only thing that could have made it even more agitating would have been the ‘on’ button . . .

Glad she was found. Sometimes that happens with kids playing in refrigerators stored in basements. She wont be doing that again.

My sister hid in the washer as a kid and required stitches on her bottom... Hmmm never made the news though?!?!

Did they think putting ice on her was going to shrink her?

Did they think putting ice on her was going to shrink her? LOL. Usually it's the hot setting that does it.

People were more private back then, when you grew up. The immediate family would know about little sister’s mishap, Grandma might know also, months, and months later, but after all the healing had taken place. That way Grandma would not go into overdrive with worry and casting blame.

They should have added fabric softener at the rinse cycle.

Why should they have tried soaking her in Tide?
Because it’s too cold to soak her out Tide!
