Growing up, I had a black moggie who would stay outside most of the day, even in the winter time. It was difficult getting him in even in the winter time. Once he got in, he was a purring machine. I miss him.
This is sadly going to solve a big problem facing a lot of cities in the wake of this coming storm — the stray dog population.
