I have not like Christie since he embraced O helping him win reelection. Will not vote for him. Not interested at all.

Then rick Perry, passed the purity test, and we wound up with....Mitt Romney...
And the last two resulted in 8 years of Obama.

It is not possible to know how conservative Christie may or may not be, because of the electoral issues in getting elected in a blue state.
Go ahead, start shooting the guy down. Lets run Perry or Romney again.

He needs to have a come-to-Jesus moment on the second amendment or he isn’t going anywhere.
I understand that he can’t be a big “gun guy” in NJ, cause he’ll scare off the liberal idiots.
But, if he wants to be president, he needs to affirm the right of the people to keep and bear arms. Some action in Trenton on this, even if symbolic, would be a good idea, too.
That’s a debate, and running mate move,
His statement will be along the lines of “i believe in the 2nd, but no right is absolute” (which, predictably will set the idiots off), when all he is saying is...gun control os off the table, I have real things to worry about.
He doesn’t give a damn about gun control. I live here, he’s done exactly squat, it’s been status quo. No reason to expect different
