In case you missed it last week, a Judge ruled that portions of the Paterno/Lettermen/Faculty vs. ncaa suit can proceed.

This will bring emmert and freeh into discovery.

In other words, Sue Paterno has their balls in a vice and what she chooses to do with them is completely up to her.

Any "settlement" which the ncaa is famous for, would start at $1 billion (the charity contracts the estate claims to have lost) + very public and embarrassing apologies + restoration of wins + all sanctions of the football program eliminated immediately.

Let's see if the ncaa and freeh want to get deposed.
