Per Wiki:

God's Not Dead is an upcoming American drama film based on the book of the same name by Rice Broocks and the song of the same name by the Newsboys. The film is directed by Harold Cronk, and stars Shane Harper, Kevin Sorbo, Jim Gleason, David A.R. White, Marco Khan and Dean Cain. The film will be released to theaters on March 21, 2014 by Pure Flix Entertainment.

Josh Wheaton (Shane Harper), a freshman college student, enrolls in a philosophy class taught by an infamous and dictatorial professor. Prof. Radisson (Kevin Sorbo) demands that all of his students must sign a declaration that "God is dead" in order to get a passing grade. Josh refuses and will go to anything in order to defend his belief in God. But, he needs to take this class to meet his academic requirements. And so the professor strikes a bargain: Josh must defend his position that "God is Alive" in a series of debates with him in order to stay in the class. If he loses, he flunks. When Josh accepts the challenge, he gets more than he bargained for—jeopardizing his faith, his relationships and even his future.

Looks like an excellent upcoming movie that includes Phil Robertson's son Willie & his wife Korie.

This film was completed long before the A&E dispute.

Can't take recommendations on movies from FREEPERS. The credibility is dead to me after the repulsively horrible "The American Carol". I, still to this day, cannot believe the FREEPERS who touted this movie as the best movie in history. I unfortunately, trusted the FREEPERS and spent 20 dollars on the DVD and watched the trash. I won't allow myself to be bamboozled ever again. Good luck to those who fall for it again. I hope they don't get screwed again.

I’m generally not a movie person. A friend sent me the movie trailer and it peaked my interest. I make my own decisions after gathering facts myself. Often I will be interested in a movie just based upon critical commentary by someone whose values I do not agree with.

Yeah, that so-called comedy was a dud. It had a few laughs in the first few minutes, but that was it. Total waste of time.

Thank you for pointing out my error. LOL

I am “piqued” by your comment.

I always appreciate learning and I learn from my mistakes. If I had learned from all of them I would be a genius.

“Can’t take recommendations on movies from FREEPERS.”

Given the options, I trust Freeper recommendations a lot more than most others.
