Does Evidence Matter?

Democrats have argued in the past that the seriousness of a charge is all you need to warrant an investigation.

But I think evidence matters. You don’t seriously investigate accusations that are baseless and you don’t charge someone with a crime unless you have some compelling evidence.

And we do.So here’s the charge.

Barack Obama used fake ID to gain access to the ballot and in turn the White House. And that’s more than just forgery and fraud, its treason.

The Maricopa County Sheriff Department concluded, after a 12 month long investigation, that the birth certificate Obama posted on the White House website on April 27, 2011 is an abject forgery. So is his Selective Service Registration.

Now, if normal was still normal, what would happen next? Formal charges would be filed, search warrants executed, witnesses and suspects questioned and then a Prosecutor would present the case and the evidence to a Judge and Jury.

You really think Slick cares? He is now a multimillionaire many times over and is considered a respected elder statesman.

The only difference that can be made is to carry the Tea Party further into power in the House and Senate and battle the RINOs for the 2016 nomination. And block amnesty in the House, that would end it once and for all. Impeaching Obama IMO would be an absolutely meaningless gesture, no matter how appropriate it is.

To add on....what has or should happen are indictments and warrants to get to the attention of Dems and their main stream media in mass. It likely would have to be local state DAs to get the balls rolling.

I can see it now...a future MSNBC report: pResident Obama cannot enter the state of Arizona because of fear of arrest.

The reason is the payola is large, fast & ongoing. Worse, nondiscriminatory punitive actions against those that go against the grain send a message as well.

If you believe the stories, this stuff began under Clinton. I've always stated that it's not Bama, but those pulling his strings; he's just the puppet. The same puppet master(s) got powerful under Clinton and saw the writing on the wall for the next 2 POTUS elections plus also had insider knowledge of what was to come in the financial markets.

They all got more powerful under dear leader. Result: To coin a cliche...

Maybe ‘treason’ is the wrong legal term in the current sense, but undermining/violating the US Constitution and/or violating the oath of office by a national representative should certainly be added to Article 3.

For what it is worth, which is exactly nothing, my opinion has always been that a fraudulent vote is indeed an act of treason and should be a CAPITAL CRIME! I am in my 70th decade of life now, and I am even more convinced now that it should be so, than I was when I was young and first thought about it. (And, I am whole lot more forgiving about a whole lot of other things than when I was young, so much so that a few times when I have strongly expressed my contrary opinions, I have had reason to fear the dreaded “ZOT” on this board.)

If the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Department has hard, irrefutable evidence that a crime has been committed, it is their duty to take it to a prosecutor. If their prosecutor won’t do anything, they should turn the evidence over to a prosecutor who will do something.

Linda Jordan’s suggestion that folks post their video on her website is pretty worthless. “Tell Barack Obama that you know what he did?” What? He views her website? The only people who will see those videos are the folks who already believe in what she says. They are not the ones who need convincing.
