Does Evidence Matter?

Democrats have argued in the past that the seriousness of a charge is all you need to warrant an investigation.

But I think evidence matters. You don’t seriously investigate accusations that are baseless and you don’t charge someone with a crime unless you have some compelling evidence.

And we do.So here’s the charge.

Barack Obama used fake ID to gain access to the ballot and in turn the White House. And that’s more than just forgery and fraud, its treason.

The Maricopa County Sheriff Department concluded, after a 12 month long investigation, that the birth certificate Obama posted on the White House website on April 27, 2011 is an abject forgery. So is his Selective Service Registration.

Now, if normal was still normal, what would happen next? Formal charges would be filed, search warrants executed, witnesses and suspects questioned and then a Prosecutor would present the case and the evidence to a Judge and Jury.

So the act of Impeachment - not removal - is now only available to the RAT party?

During the presidency of George W. Bush, several American politicians sought to either investigate Bush for allegedly impeachable offenses, or to bring actual impeachment charges on the floor of the United States House of Representatives Judiciary Committee.

The most significant of these efforts occurred on June 10, 2008, when Congressman Dennis Kucinich, along with co-sponsor Robert Wexler, introduced 35 articles of impeachment against Bush to the U.S. House of Representatives. The House voted 251 to 166 to refer the impeachment resolution to the Judiciary Committee on June 11, where no further action was taken on it.


Like everything political today what is good for the goose is NOT good for the gander. Obama has NOT committed any impeachable offensives? Pretty hard to swallow that, given NACHUMLIST .

You miss the point. I am not saying Obama has not committed impeachable offenses. I am saying the Dems in the Senate, along with a few RINOs, would not vote to remove.
