This is the puzzling part for me. There’s no question in my mind that they killed him, I just don’t understand how they could justify it.
I’m wondering what the judge’s instructions to the jury were?
“Disregard the video”?
The justification is: “Resisting Arrest”
As long as a psycho cop is screaming: “STOP RESISTING! “ - He can get away with any kind of abuse, including as we saw in this case, beating someone to death. The judicial system, from the judges, to the prosecution, and even the juries all say: “Well, he didn’t stop resisting, so he deserved to be beaten.” It’s circular reasoning, brainwashed police state thinking, but that’s where we are in today’s America.
