Agree, but are all MLB games going to become 4 hour marathons? Every game becoming BOS-NYY isn’t a positive.

I'm reading Bill Bryson's book about the summer of 1927 (it's amazing how many memorable things happened in the summer of '27).
There's a significant amount of baseball in it, what with the '27 Yanks, Ruth's 60 HR, and so forth.
Bryson says the average game in '27 took less than 90 minutes to play. He specifically sites a Yankees double-header that was played in under 2:45.
