Or, a long piece of plastic wrap, with the cream at about the middle. Grab both ends, and use to rub the cream over your back.

Since most don’t have the selection of long chop sticks I have, because of my cooking interests, maybe a long handled kitchen spatula would be useful— or those great back scratchers that used to be around.

I got the cream today...I used your suggestion to put it on. It wasn’t very easy and the wrap kept twisting on me, but it worked good enough that I was able to put enough on. The cream didn’t work as well as I was hoping, but it might get better, I hope it gets better.
