Cops didn’t change. Technology changed. Technology rolled back the veil of lies and cover up that made abuse, deception, and thuggery unofficially condoned.

20 years ago it was a cop loving website. What changed? Increasing instances of abuse stories, indicating a lower quality in the type of person who becomes a cop these days.
