Not many people understood why Monica Smith began working on her 8×10 shed in the back yard… and then they laughed when they realized she was turning it into a tiny cabin. It seemed strange that she was putting so much effort into just a shed. But it wasn’t just a hobby. Her youngest daughter and 5 children lost their home. So, Monica decided to give them her own and move out to the back yard.
This may be the coolest grandmother ever.

The shed is a 10 x 12, not 8 x 10 as stated in the article.
Given how her husbandless youngest daughter has five children, she may just be in her 40s. So she could have several decades of ladder climbing yet, by which time there should be another generation to house.
No way the government will allow itself being under its own siege while we prosper.

Without building permits, occupancy inspections, wiring and plumbing being up to code and the appropriate zoning, I give her little project 6 months before the government makes her tear it down.
yep...now the building inspectors, fire inspectors and zoning people will decend on her.
Tax....fine and tear it down. BTW.....next time use union contractors. Sure, it will cost a kings ransom and take 1 year, but then maybe you will be ok.
