The problem is that many court decisions over the decades have negated the simple Constitutional "Intent", through lawyers convoluted arguments.
However, the time seems right for the States to take back their "individual" power because of this over-reach of Obamacare. With enough support behind those States, we can reverse the bad decisions of the USSC going way back.
The only good thing to come out of the Roberts ruling is that the States that don't want to increase Medicaid, CANNOT be punished monetarily by the Fedgov withholding funds. That was a huge States' Rights win. It set a precedence that can be used for other matters.
Perhaps We the People can use The ClowardPiven strategy to overload the U.S. Justice Department and precipitate a crisis that would lead to the Justice Department being unable to cope?
How many states would it take? 10? 20? 25?
I think we can break the back of this Federal Beast if we stick together and push back!
What we conservatives MUST DO is throw the LIEberal tactics back at them in spades, bring our guns to their knife fight, so to speak.
PS And, I think the TEA Party is the perfect vehicle to do that!
