Is it just me or are others annoyed with the use of the word "Truther" to describe those who feel that the 9/11 events were staged?

The noun "truther" suggests a person who is out to get the truth about something. Not somebody who is trying to politicize something by turning it into a conspiracy theory. We used to call those people "nutjobs" and "crazies." I'd like to return to that nomenclature.

.
When that’s all you have to deflect the evidence, what else can you do?
