Governments at all levels..local, state, and federal, will absolutely LOVE these..just think..if you buy one, each year you’ll have to pay for THREE separate LICENSE and REGISTRATION fees..

This Idea is not workable. It is the worse of both worlds. A car so lightweight and flimsy it would crumple at the first pothole, and an airplane with such a low power to weight ratio it would struggle to get out of ground affect.

Saw one in one of those Three Stooges documentary films ages ago. Looked like a submarine with tank treads and helicopter rotors. It was called the triphibian.
