To clarify, you should have the option of running the 2-point conversion from the 2 as normal, where you would have to kick off....Or, try to convert from the 10, where if you do convert, the other team has to kick the ball back to you. Gives teams down in the fourth quarter a better chance to comeback without relying on onside kicks.
I think that’s what the WFL did back in the 1970s.
