Government doesn’t have the Constitutional right to force a private business to serve anyone.

The courts have used the 14th Amendment to shoehorn in all sorts of “rights”. We are facing decades of Supreme Court decisions regarding the use of the 14th. So it is constitutional in that regard.

nowhere in my copy of the Constitution is there a right to be served....

I remember seeing these signs on restaurant doors years ago .....
