The LGBT community is liable for threatening the safety and wellbeing of this family and charges should be brought against organizations representing LGBT’ers, for it is against the law to make bodily threats. All that need be shown is the quite visible and well documented hostility of the LGBT community against the community of faith, following their moral conviction.

Also, this board’s decision to punish this family is not a court decision and therefore this family has a right to take this board and their decision to a higher court and reverse the charge of civil rights under the Constitution of the United States. As courts are always overturning state propositions dully passed by the citizens of the state, this board and their decision too, should have to stand before a court and found unconstitutional.

There was a case brought by the so-called Human Rights Commission in Philadelphia against the owner of a renowned and long-established cheese steak shop in the Italian Market because the owner posted a sign saying "Order in English." His parents had immigrated from Italy and he felt no shame in requiring his customers to speak the language of the land. The struggle came to widespread media and Internet attention, and finally he won his case. But it added a lot of misery to his final years and he died of a heart attack soon after the case was settled.
