" If it's a public school, he shouldn't be kicked out for that as the transaction and occurrence is not on school grounds. There's no jurisdiction, as much as that pisses off the school bureaucrats. "

I do not agree with what he did and his mother needs to be fixed so she can't be a mother to any other children. BUT... The school should not be able to kick him out if all he did was a legal job and nothing happened on the school grounds. What I saw on TV clearly stated that it was not this boy who brought the pics to school or was passing them around. That was done by others. How about we charge those kids with supplying Porn to minors?

We don't live far from where a high school boy was expelled from school for having a legal shotgun in his vehicle. Law enforcement was called but refused to arrest him or issue a citation because they found that he had not broken any laws. His truck was parked more than a block from school grounds, he was in legal possession of the firearm, it was properly unloaded and secured inside of his vehicle. The school principle, an anti gun zealot, decided to press the issue and got him expelled.

The net result was that the NRA got into the issue with their lawyers, the school board backed down and kissed the kids butt trying to get cover their own butts and they still got sued and lost. The next election every member of that school board was voted out and the principle involved left for greener pastures.

Like it or not this situation is exactly the same. This boy has a legal job, is not under age, and did not break any laws or do anything wrong on the school grounds. The school has no right to punish him in any way because of the principle's, or school boards personal beliefs.

He soon will not have to be a porn actor. The proceeds from the litigation will cover their bills for a long time.

I tend to agree with your comments but

I was wondering how ALL would react if an 18 year old girl was working in a strip club OR being a prostitute or starred in Porn.

One would think the school could act, if for nothing else, on the distraction the party(s) were causing.

That’s okay but wear a pro-life, pro-troops t-shirts and you are OUT OF THERE

This should NOT be okay in public schools. Things you do off-campus do have an impact.

No, sorry, the situation is NOT the same, not unless we assume there is no such thing as right or wrong, good or evil, which is exactly what the Left insists. (In fact, it's the reason this is a major news story; the message is that conservatives should just give up and admit "different strokes for different folks.")
