I wish those who put together these compilations of quotes would bother to include links to when and where they were actually said or written.
Would make the compilations much more interesting. Not to mention reliable.

I think he just missed putting the number in the text. The citations in the text start with #2 but at the end #1 is the brainy quote reference.
How reliable www.brainquate.com is I don’t know.
