Didn’t this already happen?
Yeah, it did.
Evil bastard.
The attorneys disagree on the condition of the pre-born infant. The doctor told the father one thing, and then Newton says that no tests have been done supporting any anomalies in the baby. And even so, has a right to life regardless.
I am surprised that definitive tests might have been lacking, before a judge declares death by suffocation on the pre-born.
They pollute by turning people to oils instead of oils into people
Numerous couples wanted to adopt the child despite any possible health issues.

I can not understand why this man would not want his own child.
Couples willing to adopt, unconditionally. It’s amazing the goodness of so many.
The information is so sketchy on this case, I just can’t imagine a judge even beginning to conclude on a sketch, in favor of death for the pre-born. Very sad.
This is not a GWB judge, surprise, but a Rick Perry judge!
Did Wendy Davis hold a celebration when the machine was shut off? It is in Fort Worth, isn’t it?
Now that’s a jolt.
How the judge dismissed this law binding the hospital to save a life, because the host was declared dead, I’m sure I don’t know. This says there are no rights in Texas for preborns.

Didn’t know that.
Why is the wife brain dead or even in the hospital in the first place?
Pulmonary embolus, blood clot to the lungs, during 14th week of pregnancy.
I miss the old days of the English language when “may” and “might” meant two very different things.
I interpreted the headline to mean “the hospital is prohibited from appealing the decision”.
