Most people have not had that experience often enough to appreciate, the effect of running water...lol.....
I keep a dunny roll in my little hand-carry hiking pack, along with granola bars, vitamin water, pepper spray, etc but I have forgotten to replace that roll a time or two-that being the case, moss or grass are preferable to leaves...
