Sounds like a very efficient legal system. Will the US extradite her to Italy?

No because she was acquitted once and we don’t recognize double jeopardy.

It now goes to the Italian Supreme Court to either confirm it or toss it.

Solecito could be arrested immediately — he was not in court today as he probably got a heads up.

I doubt she will ever be extradited.

She will just have to stay stateside and out of countries with extradition treaties with the Italy.

Efficient? This is the third time the tried to convict her. Apparently there is no translation for double jeopardy to Italian.

Seems she has a real chance not to be extradited if for no other reason than the Quintuple Jeopardy.
