It breaks my heart to see situations like this and am so happy when they are saved. I’ve been gone awhile but awhile back I saw a you tube of another tiny white poodle found in a trash pile by a building. The video showed them finding it and what terrible shape it was in at the time. Thankfully they were able to save it too. Where the he77 were the people these dogs belonged to....!!
