Perhaps, but kinda funny nonetheless.

Reminds me of a guy I used to work with. We sold Hog breeding stock together, were both hog buyers working for the largest pork packing plant in the US yet he was staunchly kosher.

I used to kid him about it.

Muslims should be more wary of the “halal” acceptability mark than they ought be of pork. “Halal” merely means the animal was killed according to a ritual which vaguely resembles the “kosher” methods of ritual animal slaughter used by Orthodox Jews, except there is not any attempt to follow even minimal standards of cleanliness or basic sanitation, and the meat is frequently contaminated, held to a standard so low, the product would be immediately condemned as unacceptable in any Western country.

“Pure food” and “halal” are mutual exclusives.

There is a Halal kitchen near me. Friendly people and the best tasting food (Middle East and Mediterranean). They are a people the rest of the Muslims can take an example from. Sad thing is that most Muslims ARE good people. It's the large proportion of nutcases that give them a bad name. And I am prob completeley off topic now.
