The idea is to create a “german-style” management-labor relationship, where all have a voice at the table, throughout the manufacturing process, in partnership with the UAW.
I think they will find, like Daimler learned the hard way, that the UAW could give a damn less about the workers. They just care about the empowerment of the Union Leadership.
