What is troubling you?

I think it is foolish to have a war against a mild intoxicant which many people enjoy and know to be akin to alcohol in its effects.

I don’t think captive audiences should be exposed to dirty air.

I think business owners, like bars, should be free to choose if they want to run a smoking or non-smoking bar. Tobacco, that is.

Since the effects of pot are intoxicating compared to tobacco (which is merely noxious) I don’t think people should have to be exposed who don’t want it.

What is unclear?

Nothing is unclear.

This argument lends to the...emotional, rather than logical dictates.

You need to embrace a failed policy, vis-a-vis the War on SOME Drugs, to argue against a logical new approach.

Steroids are another. One of the most vital anti aging compounds, can only be given freely to aids patients.

Yes, prevent wasting in the buggery boys, but not the general population.
