Democrat expelled by Democrat run house? Unlikely. Well,you see...we do things differently here in the Gay State than you folks down south.They expelled him for two reasons....1) not having done so would look *really* bad and 2) not a single seat in our state legislature that represents any area within 50 miles of Boston has been held by a Republican since 1956.IOW...it's a very,*very *safe seat.

When has a democrat in office ever worried about looking bad? But I'll agree that #2 is a pretty good reason.
