Central Valley of California. Yes, it's still a good place to live notwithstanding the horrendous political climate.

i lived in the Central Valley from 1999-2012... i loved it... wish i were still there... pretty conservative, especially compared to San Jose'--where i was born, raised and lived until 1999... (as liberal as it is, i still have a heart for San Jose')...
