this wedding shower drama has my stomach in knots. Emails are continuing to fly. Out of town cousins v. local cousin and friends. No way that we need to have this going on. I’m ready to resign as MOB!
Just tell everyone the bride wants a toned down event. They should be happy to comply.
You need an intervention over this upcoming event. Let me advise you that no matter what you plan it will be criticized by somebody. Weddings are that way. Having planned weddings in several different states, customs vary; and people from out of town will criticize over the tiniest things. Just let it roll off your back.
