1:26:24 Reeves kicks the back of Oulson’s seat and there is a flash on the tape — perhaps his own cellphone flying off his lap.
1:26:26 Reeves then leans forward & says something to Oulson & then sits back.
1:26:36-37 Oulson reaches over & takes Reeves popcorn & tosses it back at him as Mrs Reeves leans forward to see.
1:26:37-38 As Oulson is taking his arm back, Reeves quickly leans forward pushing his arm out & fires & then sits back.

Reeves clearly was ready to escalate the confrontation. Witnesses testify to that. Look at how Reeves talked to his own wife after the shooting; telling her to “shut her fu#king mouth.”, according to the sheriff deputy who confiscated his gun.
