That's the problem with nutcase conspiracy theories. Nobody here said anything about the snow being dry or not melting.

Actually, snow (frozen water) does not evaporate to the vapor state but sublimes. Sublimation bypasses liquid and goes straight to vapor. Liquid water evaporates to the vapor.
