There was one time back in the 80’s when a bunch of helicopters, maybe ten or fifteen, went over really low and fast with no lights, on a clear moonless night. Freaky. A very, very high ranking officer and friend assured me that it never happened, then bought me lunch at the O-club.
Tustin or El Toro? Nothing was going on. And very fast in a helo is a contradiction in terms, eat your lunch, be happy it was the 80s.
