Bloomberg is pulling his hair out by the roots wondering how he is ever going to confiscate those damn guns.

Indianapolis DID beat out Chicago last year on Murders per Capita.

The demographics of the victim/shooter were pretty much like everywhere else, but they found that of the black-on-black, there are many more victims than there were shooters.

A few of the Trayvons are getting several notches on their belts.

If they wore belts.

538,000 permits in circulation amongst 6,571,000 residents....one every 12.5 people.

Counting only those over 18, 1 out of every 10.8 people.

In short, about 10% of adults are packing.

Usual mobilization for a population during a time of war is about 10%.

Way to go Hoosiers.

With 6.5 million people in the state, 75% of which are over 18, that means one out of every 9 adult Hoosiers (11%) have a Carry Permit.

more than I expected.

The only Statewide elected office held by a Democrat is Superintendent of Public Education.

And yet, Democrats seem to have no problem holding protests or being shut out of things.

What! No stinking permits? An excellent point.

“Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.”

Methinks we are close to a tipping point. The people grow bolder. Arms for their defense and not at all shy about the King knowing it.

Like the Floridian CCW holder driving his car through Maryland and was pulled over for no reason. He and his car were searched for firearms thus proving CCW registration is likely just a cloaked method for the feds and states to find out who has firearms for when they start confiscation. That’s just one story and sorry to say but that’s the history of tyrannical governments.
