Just ask your opponant to provide evidence that they were right-leaning. If they can’t provide it, say “well, there’s either right or left, and you just showed you can’t prove right, so what remains? Left. Thanks for proving my point.”
Then leave quickly.

We were “told” Charles “Bishop” (Bishra) was a young conservative who stole a plane and crashed it into a bank building in Florida. The suicide note in his pocket claimed his actions were a “terrorist act” and he pledged support for “Osama bin Laden” in his note. It was suppressed for several months but the handwritten copy (including the word “terrorist” (that SOMEONE scratched out)) appears on the Smoking Gun website.
The Norwegian “right wing extremist” who shot up that camp pledged support for Islamic terrorists (he offered to do covert attacks on their behalf, he didn’t oppose Islamic theocracy, he just wanted them out of his country).
The media plays a game. Get the smears in early, then shrug and act confused when the details emerge.
They ignore the new info, it’s old news by then but every time the subject comes up they still to the original false narratives
Another game they like to play is to insert some misinformation into something to discredit the whole (like the bio information on Obama tying him to Islam then inserting the bit about Keith Ellison swearing in on a Koran).
Obama’s own fight the smears website said he was a lifelong Christian. Nothing in his history backs up that claim.
