The study, which analyzed what Facebook sees before and after a relationship starts, found a typical courtship on the social networking site begins with messages being exchanged, visiting of profiles and sharing posts on each other's timelines.
There is an increase in the number of timeline posts shared between a potential couple 100 days before the relationship begins, followed by a significant drop in posts immediately after the relationship starts, the researchers said.

Not as accurately as they like to think. I somehow got on their “pregnant” list (which they then sold) when there was no possible chance of that.
I’m glad to read that. Did you find out why they reached that conclusion?
No. My guess is it was when I was testing for low-grade food allergies by going through the Elimination Diet. That would have meant a short period of time when my eating habits changed. But even that’s stretching it, how many people change their diets without being pregnant?
All I know is that I started getting gift packages and special coupons for baby stuff. They keep sending me stuff for toddlers now. The gift packages I give to the church, but they keep putting my name on the coupons so I shred those.

I can guarantee that Facebook has no idea, at any time, what my relationship status is. You can be “online” without living your life out online and I think people forget that.
I had one, but had to break it off because there were individuals who used the Group like it was their own personal twitter feed, with multiple daily postings about the content of their belly-button lint clogging up my newsfeed.
