Thank y’all-I don’t mean to be preachy, even if I do come off that way at times-I’m basically just putting forth the idea that the city or burb way to live with wildlife is not the same as the boonies-here humans have to be more flexible, which is likely why areas like this one have such a turnover of people who come here from cities-I’ve met some who are actually frightened of everything from the fact that there are no streetlights-and we call them light pollution-to the owls hooting on their property...
In a suburb not too far from me they are having issues with wild hogs! Man alive, they can destroy a yard pretty quickly - and unlike a small fox, they would be horribly scary to find in your yard late at night!
