Just heard. At least I think I did, can anyone confirm this?
Maria Bartiromo is going to Fox Business News, and (if I heard right) will chair the news desk, starting next Monday morning.
Is this true? (hoping so)
(Excerpt) Read more at nation.foxnews.com ...
Is it true?
“This is hugh, if true. “
Pardon my ignorance............but why? Never heard of the gal.
All I heard was that Stuart Varney said he was moving to 11:00 eastern time soon. So maybe it is true.
She had already joined FBN prior to this.
She’s a (star) business anchor at another network. Or perhaps more accurately, was a star business anchor at another network.
Big-time.
Just saying.
Person in question. Might be in a different uniform...
Bloomberg and CNBC, you’ve got competition.
Finally. If this is true anyway... Still hoping for confirmation.
They are going to need a double wide chair for that big ole butt of hers.
YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS !!!!!!!!!!!!
Women in America spend most of the money in a typical Family, so good for FOX for showcasing such a well-known, and highly respected, objective, financial motor-mouth to connect with Women.
Hopefully, FOX’s Empty Suits will not continue trying to subject us to the insanity of their failed “fair and balanced” policy by pairing Maria with a proponent of the failed Keynesian “Liberal Intelligentsia Economics,” (LIE), that Commie Obama has used to harm America so successfully for the last 5 years.
I dunno about that.
(huge fan here, from way back however)
The “Money Honey” came on board at FBN a while back.
a star business anchor at another network
**********
She was a big fish in a very little pond over there. What value she brings to Fox Business is beyond me.
LOL! It looks like a hugh bat crashed into her cleavage.
Great, another Fox Hottie.
Ailes is building FBN the same way he built FNC;
Anchors with solid business acumen;
Analysts who actually understand business and economics;
As many anchors and analysts as possible are hot babes;
Success.
It’s a brilliant, unbeatable strategy.
I dunno.
I believe this (if true) is a brilliant strategy and will launch FBN into the lead.
So, they’re going to bump Varney? Doesn’t sound like a good move to me.
“bump” as in move him later in the morning I believe.
Again all of this is unsubstantiated.
I’m not a fan of her style so I’m not impressed with this move. I also wonder about the wisdom of bringing in someone from a weak and ideologiclly driven competitor like CNBC.
IMHO FB already has a great team of talented people who offer good insights into the financial/economic issues of the day. She needs FB a lot more than FB needs her.
“Bumping” him would mean he doesn’t cover one of the most important daily events on Fox Business Channel: The opening of the market. That’s not a simple move, it’s a major demotion.
