I have a dehydrator that I’ve not yet taken out of the box!! (Not good use of it, I know!) Which cut of beef do you use to make your jerky? Thanks.

Which cut of beef do you use to make your jerky? Thanks. Strips from brisket makes good jerky. You can use any part of the rump too, just cut it with the muscle grain and season well before dehydrating.
