CA is not as liberal as it seems.
Silicon Valley houses most liberals and they would be corralled together.

You’re not looking at how these proposed states are gerrymandered. All but one will be dominated by a large, liberal city. This is nothing more than a plan to give the Democrat Party and the public employees’ unions 10 more US Senators.
