Trouble is, here is a close-up of the oval circle, from the clearer Bandicam recording I've got. Doesn't look like a shoe to me:

Images from pics 10-19 show this object, turning, bobbing, more or less obscured, and it is clearly the same object in each. This close up is very distorted to the point where “it doesn’t look like a foot” which doesn’t mean it isn’t a foot.

In pics 19, 16, and 15, it clearly is a foot.

Therefore it is a foot in all the others, too, remaining in the same place and having the same general shape though photographically distorted.
