Fuddy’s shoes were all black.

Two problems with that.

1) You're assuming that Fuddy wore the same shoes on the plane as she wore while conducting business. Lots of women love to wear nice heels while attending meetings, but put on their tennies after a long day. Fuddy certainly could have had comfortable shoes back at the plane.

2) If Fuddy didn't have comfortable shoes along, she could have removed her shoes when she sat down. Her feet could have been tired and swollen. She may not have even thought of putting her shoes back on when the alarms sounded. Or she may have thought that she didn't want shoes weighting her down.

So, no, Fuddy may or may not have had black shoes on when the plane crashed. You cannot assume that she did.

Her black shoes show in the cabin shot. That’s where I got that information.

But hey, maybe she took the time, as soon as she heard the horn showing there was going to be a crash landing, to take off her black shoes and put on the handy-dandy yellow rain boots she had in her purse.

I haven’t read all comments yet, so forgive me if this has been resolved already. At 29 seconds into this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xm8IIyjNwWw you can see Fuddy seated and her foot is visible. She appears to be wearing white socks and black shoes. On the plane, right before the crash.
