TOWSON, Md. (WJZ)—Controversial confrontation. A man videotaped Baltimore County police as they arrested two people in Towson, but an altercation broke out between the man and officer. Now an investigation is underway.
Meghan McCorkell has more from officials.
County police officials say they are concerned by the video and they’ve launched an investigation.
Early Sunday morning, a man videotaped as Baltimore County police arrested two people in Towson. As the video rolled, he was confronted by an officer.
“I’m allowed to do this,” he told the officer.
“Get it out of my face,” the officer replied.
“I have my rights,” the man said.
“You have no rights,” the officer said.

In order to get the jackboot legal protections removed we would need the voting public interested and involved in the issue. If people were paying attention and active PD’s would be racing to dispose of thugs like this and then the issue would seem to be moot.
That is why in addition to being active we need to become interested not only in fixing the problem but also in retribution. We can make bad cops go away through political action but like you say we cannot keep them away without punishing them personally.
The police is being flattered by Alinsky into ideals of perfection on the one hand, and overwhelmed, criticized and beat by rising crime facilitated by Alinskyists blaming them.!
It is devious stuff. The country is headed for financial bankruptcy but they want a social criminal bankruptcy first to hush it up. The Obama corruption is coming complete now.

Cops cannot solve all crimes... especially when criminal buddies intimate them to participate and threaten them. Not all crimes are solved by the police because many criminals are more clever than the police and often infiltrate departments and hold hush abortion PC agenda type political offices.
It takes a citizenry with arms and their own cameras and free speech to expose these areas of great crimes. It is not only a right but a civic duty against those parasite who do not want to work for their country or any country.

Ok, this is not what the officer intended to say. He was in the heat of the moment, and really wanted to say, “you have no eff-in rights, you rights-loving commy!”

Having a cell phone tied to the cloud is a “must” to keep abusive cops from destroying evidence. Nothing is more damning than a video that ends with a jackboot coming down on the camera.
Folks, if you have a smartphone, train yourself to use the video recorder and auto-upload the files to prevent confiscation.
I read another article about your expectation of privacy when you have a smart phone. The rule today is (most states), if your phone can be accessed by simply turning it on it’s considered to be “in plain sight,” and you can’t prevent the police from taking it from you and rifling through it without a warrant, and they can use anything they happen to find against you. I don’t think you even have to be under arrest. The simple act of requiring a password or gesture to get into the phone can protect you against that.
Yes we are cop haters.. We are fed up with these incidents and the pigs getting away with it.

I have lived 52 years in these formerly glorious United States. I’ve had about 12 interactions with cops.
The sum total of my experience is that they will jack up innocent people attempting to legally go about their day, but never investigate an actual crime against innocent people.
That’s it. They are USELESS in my entire life’s experience.
If cops want a better reputation, I’ll need to live to 104 years and they’d better reverse their behavior in all our interactions.
Otherwise, I’ll just continue to view them as THUGS.
I have been here 42 years and also probably 5 times when I was a teenager in which one time I watch as a Concord PD beat my brother who was 15 at the time, then watched the Pleasant Hill police beat my father on our own property for parking the wrong way in front of our house.. When I turned 18 I have had no interaction with them, because I have known what not to do. But as time has gone on and in the last 9 years in particular after the Supreme Court ruled that cops don’t have to Protect citizens any more all I have seen is flagrant assaults on law abiding citizens, be it a no knock warrant that turns out to be the wrong house and the owner is killed to fido being shot all over the place because the cop felt “Threatened”. So yes I agree with you...
There are some good ones out there who apreciate when their crime cases are solved by thdnlaw abiding gunning down the perp they could not find. But there is no credit coming from the media.
The Alynski media is putting huge abusive pressure with the public on cops to solve difficult crimes while overwhelming the system by removing guns from the law abiding. I am an Oath Keeper working with Sheriffs on this issue that needs to be addressed so we can all see eye to eye.
