Why would you set a goal for someone else?
I would think that would be up to each individual.
Sounds like nanny state stuff and we certainly have enough of that.

I care about my country and society.
The less people who smoke dope,the better we will be in terms of freedom and fundamental principles.
I care about you as well in a human, abstract way. I hate to see anyone harming themselves and family, even f I don’t know them.
