I called the governor’s office about this. The person answering the phone denied it ever happened. He said I was wrong, that’s not what the spokesman said.
So then I spoke with a much more articulate person at the Lt. Governor’s office. He said he was going to look into it. I guess he hadn’t gotten the word that they’re going to deny all.
Sounds like the officer let the proverbial cat out of the bag too soon.
If he’s punished fir anything, it will be putting ordinary Amercans on the alert.
